A couple of other points:
- Is each client's "clone storage node" parameter pointing to the storage node 
that actually is doing the cloning?

- Do you have any media pool/device conflicts, i.e. the tape that you need to 
clone from or to can't get to the right device?

- Have you tried running nsrclone with the verbosity turned all the way up?  It 
might give a little more information about the underlying issue (hopefully).
