Ah, so you're talking about MS Exchange.

I wouldn't do incrementals or differentials with Exchange. For reasons 
like this ... when I did used to backup Exchange, using BackupExec, I 
always did fulls. That of course may not be a possibility due to size, 
time, etc. I would definitely consider always doing fulls with Exchange, 
if I could.
