All,

Windows 2003 32 bit server. I have an SL500 autochanger zoned to a brocade
switch. AutoChanger is logged in. Backup server sees the autochanger via
HBANYWHERE and using the inquire command. They are IBM LTOIV tape drives. I
have installed driver 6.1.9.3 for the drives. I also disabled CPF and DPF in
the registry.

The OS sees the medium changer as an SL500 as it should. Inquire command sees
the autochanger but no WWPN or WWNN or serial number.

When I run jbconfig I get the following error message. Any thoughts on this. I
have the same configuration on a 64 bit server with no issues. The inquire
command shows the WWNN and WWPN with the serial number.
