I have a problem that has just popped up about a week ago. We have been backing up a server with no troubles until this popped up. The server in
question cannot do a backup to the NSR server. It gives this error:

Backing up files of client Server in Question to server NSR server.

Backup: RPC error: Unknown host

Backup: Cannot open Backup session with NSR server

Backup completion time: 6-11-08 10:59a

Names have been omitted and replaced with generic information. Does this
mean that the server doesn't know how to get to the NSR server or does
this mean that the NSR server cannot open session with server in
question? Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

First thing, verify that reverse DNS works on both the client and NetWorker server and that no one changed firewall rules on the client, server, or anywhere in between them.
