The SN3000 is a POS.  STK dropped it for a reason.  I haven't talked to a 
single customer that didn't hate it.

Rip off the bandaid and move on.

And an error message from my SN3300 log:

route ID = 0x1

When i have rebooted the SN3300 the RMT1.1 drive becomes enabled.
so i don't think it was a question of drives; but it seams that is a problem 
with SN3300 !!!
