so plz do not put a solutions of other systems or other configs...

I don't quite understand what you are asking. Usually, when you see the message

srd: deleted media notice: Deleted volume: volid= volname=?, location=?

It simply means a new tape was labeled OR a tape that was previously labeled, but is not in your NetWorker server database was relabeled.
