Hi, 
Coty, i have all the faith in your expertise, but when you say, it's not 
working, does windows not recognize the drive ? are the drivers not 
loading ?
or is it Networker that does not like to work with the drive? what does 
eventlog say ?
Are there any errors ?

Hello, 
Have you tried updating drivers from Windows Device manager and see if it 
locates drivers from windows update ( most likely Microsoft-drivers). 
i.e Update device drivers from device manager ?

Everyone is pointing me to that link and the drivers are not working.

There are IBM LTOIV drives on a L5500 SUN/STK tape library. I have tried 
these drivers with no luck.

Hello,
I could not locate them on IBM site, however, Dell seems to have it and 
refers to them as IBM Drives.
Have you tried windows update ?
Did the drivers come with any CD ?
If you have IBM support for the drives you can open a case and they will

send you one.
