Hello,
I could not locate them on IBM site, however, Dell seems to have it and 
refers to them as IBM Drives.
Have you tried windows update ?
Did the drivers come with any CD ?
If you have IBM support for the drives you can open a case and they will 
send you one.

its on IBM website under another name.

Any one have the link for the driver.
