[Networker] Backing up C:/Windows/WinSxS

Symptoms
- NetWorker does not backup contents of Windows directory %SystemRoot%/WinSxS.
- NetWorker backs up only the directory structure of /WinSxS directory, not the
contents.
- Some applications were not installed properly after disaster recovery because
/WinSxS was not backed up and recovered.
- Windows /WinSxS directory does not get backed up.
Cause
This is a known issue (LGTpa80517 and LGTsc14398).
Resolution
Known issue LGTpa80517 and LGTsc14398. Contact EMC Technical Support for more
information.
Permanent Fix: Upgrade to NetWorker version 7.3.2 or higher. However, note
that the fix is not included included in versions 7.4 and 7.4.1 (regression).
Note: Contact EMC Technical Support to get a hot fix for NetWorker versions 7.4
and 7.4.1 .
