Hi,

Sometimes this happened. Try to stop networker, delete /nsr/tmp or to
reboot the server.
I had the same problem in the past.

Don't waste any time doing this, none of it will help.

The client version and OS of a client is usually uploaded to the server when the client is first created. Some versions on some platforms in the past have not done this correctly. When client versions are updated the information is not normally updated on the server so don't count on any of this information being accurate or up to date.

There was a long thread discussing this a while ago, search the archives for more information - you will find that more useful than the random suggestions of a new user.

The best way to check a client version is to ask it directly:

echo p | nsradmin -p 390113 -s CLIENTNAME
