When I asked EMC sales directly and got no reply, I gather snapimage
isn't supported anymore. powersnap is but it doesn't help in my
situation.

Interesting.  I thought SnapImage was what had replaced the previous
thing (Celestera?  Celestra?  Celery?  I don't recall), and was still a
viable product.

Other than NetWorker, I'm afraid I haven't tracked EMCs products too
closely.  Sorry if I've provided bad information.
