Hello again list!

I'm trying to get encryption to work with 7.4.1 but am hitting a stumbling block. I have the following directive set for my test system:

<< / >>
   +compressasm: .
   +aes: *

I believe this is what the Administration guide was telling me to do in order to activate AES.

The save works fine, but when I restore, it doesn't ask me for a password, it just blindly restores the file. It says nothing about it encrypting or decrypting from the networker user interface.

Is my directive wrong? Is it doing it transparently and just not telling me? I'm restoring to the same machine I saved from, and I wonder if it is using the password I entered into the interface back when I setup encryption in the first place?

Any guidance would be very appreciated!

Pete
