Re: [Networker] How to delete "NSR peer information" ?

Thanks again, it works. The message disappeared from the logs. Last night
backup worked without problems after our migration from 7.3.2 to 7.4sp1 (backup
server on Windows 2003). Last week we will migrate our Solaris Networker
servers to 7.4sp1.

Andrés

You can do it through the gui. under configuration go to localhosts, then
select the host hercules0 you will see all the peer info for that server on the
right. right click the entry on the right for hercules1 - delete.
should do the trick.

Subject: [Networker] How to delete "NSR peer information" ?
Hi all,
After upgrading Networker to 7.4 I receive this error in the logs:
nsrexecd SYSTEM error: There is already a machine using the name: "hercules1".
Either choose a different name for your machine, or delete the "NSR peer
information" entry for "hercules1" on host: "hercules0"
Where hercules1 is one of my clients (Solaris) and hercules0 is my backup
server (Win2003). Anyone knows how to delete the "NSR peer information" from a
specific machine on the server?
Regards,
Andrés
