We have been running into exactly the same issue with 7.3.3 on solaris. It
only seems to be happening on a node that isn't running leadville driver
with LTO3. Only way I have found to fix this is to restart networker on
node followed by nsrjb -HHEvv.

Does anyone know if this is bug yet?
