Specifically, try sjirdtag (to view) and sjimm (to move media).

Hello,
You can run simple tests by just moving the media around and watching the
picker ( Mechanical hand that moved tapes around in the Lib), make sure
it moves as expected and places the tapes as expected, no jams etc, if you
continue to see errors on the Tape Lib console and even if picker seems to
move and do things as expected, you may still be having issues, i,e
barcode sensor, temperature monitor etc.
Either way it appears that it's time to call the Tape Lib vendor support
and have them send out a technician to run full diagnostics & any repairs
if needed.
You should get on this as fast as you can.
