Ok, I tried configuring the SN in Site2 as Stan pointed out (jbconfig -s
Site1), and it appeared to work (the install/jbconfig that is)... Yet on the NW
Server in Site1, I can't get past inventory of the library in Site2, I
right-click and select Inventory and it starts the attempt but in Operations
section of Console:

                cancellation: none;
             completion code: ;
               error message: \
"Jukebox `rd=rap05c:PAClass' is unavailable. nsrlcpd is not running for this
jukebox.";
                 last update: 1198100508;
                    messages: ;
                        name: "rd=rap05c:PAClass";
          operation instance: 8;
            operation source: GUI jb op;
                    progress: ;
             prompt response: ;
                      prompt: ;
                  start time: 1198100507;
                      status: retryable

In Log section of Console:
Media info: restarting nsrmmd #3 on rap05c in 2 minute(s).
Media info: restarting nsrmmd #4 on rap05c in 2 minute(s).

Tried searching the message on the PDF Admin Guide to no avail and Googling
this message produces no results so I'm not sure where to start here.. Since
it's a Storage Node, should'nt nsrlcpd already run at startup without
administrator intervention?
