All you have to do is write a block or two of garbage to the front of
each tape and it'll be fine. Write a for loop that puts each tape in a
drive, then uses dd to copy /etc/hosts or something to the drive. (e.g.
dd if=/etc/hosts of=/dev/rmt/0cbn )

Subject: [Networker] Just added a ATL P7000
Hi all,
I just added a ATLP7000 to my NW 7.3.2 storage node, it was currently
re-configured from an old EDM server and the tapes have old EDM data and
want to re-label under NW.
NW can see the drives and no issues there but when I try and relabel a
tape it will not telling me cannot overwite EDM label.
Any ideas?
