[Networker] Upgrade from 7.3 to 7.3.3

After upgrading to 7.3.3 from 7.3, started console and under "managed
applications" it is greyed out and I have no items on tree under networker
server....
To sign off this list, send email to listserv AT listserv.temple DOT edu and
