[Networker] Limiting command-line savegrp to one drive
2007-10-12 08:59:45
We're running nw_7_3_2_jumbo.Build.11 on Solaris 10.
All four library tape drives have target sessions set to 4, and I'm
running the savegrp command via the command line as:
# savegrp -l full -N 4 groupname
The group is indeed running with four sessions, but it's writing to
three different drives simultaneously; I'd prefer it wrote all four
sessions to just a single drive. I assumed that it would do this because
of the setting of the drive target sessions.
How can I limit this manual savegrp to a single drive? I'd prefer to not
limit the drive selection criteria for the pool.
Cheers,
Paul
