change Resellers...honestly...

1 Networker Oracle Module per Client (system)

1 networker client with 10 Oracle Instances only requires 1 NMO
license....

if your staying with 2 Linux systems then it will

2 x Licenses

Also you didnt mention anything about the systems being Clustered, all
you
mentioned is Oracle RAC cluster....this isnt a system cluster and
therefore wouldnt need any Networker Cluster Client licenses..

side note: please dont use RMAN and then have it running via cron, set
up
the clients correctly and let networker fully manage it....honestly is
much nicer and cleaner.....

if your new systems are not going to be linux, but say solaris, then
your
also going to need to buy a "clientpak for unix" license, since your NSR

server is Linux

concl: Require Licenses "2 x Networker Oracle Module for Linux"
