Hello,
Had a difficult time getting Legato 7.3.2 to run inquire and jbconfig
under certain conditions.
1. Windows 2003-SP2 server.
2. HP branded Emulex Card i.e Lp11 or similar.
3. Drivers for Control Lun installed under system devices.
After much troubleshooting why i could not get output for inquire\jbconfig
to work until after SP2 was removed and Drivers for Control lun were also
removed under system devices.
Has any one come across this, what are the root causes and fixes, the Lib
was ADIC i2K, IBM LTO2 Drives.
NOTE: I am told the inquire cmd was giving same results when no FC card
present with SP2.
What is the relation ship between lus drivers\legato and OS ?
C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\bin>jbconfig

Jbconfig is running on host cor1s015 (Windows Server 2003 5.2),
and is using cor1s015 as the NetWorker server.

         2) Configure an Autodetected SCSI Jukebox.
         3) Configure an Autodetected NDMP SCSI Jukebox.
         4) Configure an SJI Jukebox.
         5) Configure an STL Silo.
         6) Configure a Microsoft Removable Storage Jukebox.

What kind of Jukebox are you configuring? [1] 2

Incorrect function.

There appear to be no SCSI jukeboxes connected to this system.
This could mean the SCSI jukebox(es) are not connected to the system,
cannot be seen (pending a reboot) or have already been configured.
On Windows Systems, this could mean that the SCSI jukebox(es) are
enabled for Microsoft Removable Storage.
