What do you mean when you say "nsrjb is too slow"? Are you seeing long
delays before it moves the tape? What version of Red Hat is it? 2.4
kernel or 2.6?
If it is 2.6 it is a known issue, solution previously posted on
this list.
I am using the 2.6 kernel and I am indeed seeing long delays when
nsrjb does anything with the tape library such as "nsrjb -C" or
"nsrjb -H", etc. I will check the archives.
