Different causes are possible :

= An upgrade from nsr6 to 7 has been done and an update
enabler (that gives you the rights of using next version)
has been installed without being registered at EMC
and/or having authorization code filled in.

= Update lic has been installed without need and without 
being registered at EMC and/or having authorization 
code filled in.

If you get the auth code for that enabler, fill it in
(go to licenses and edit update/7 enabler)

IF you haven't it, contact EMC for having it authorized.
