Is there a way to write a directive or skip certain volumes with NDMP
backups?

   Yes, I also don't like to have specific save sets as well. In my 
case, I need to exclude /vol/luns (which has iSCSCI targets). As you may

recall, excluding files with NDMP is not trivial as with .nsr files.
