i've recently (well, yesterday) upgraded our ancient 6.1.x server
to a new machine running 7.2.2. i'm having problems with some clients
that live behind a device that does NAT. i can't find anything
in the administrator's guide that covers this. the list archives
have so far been fruitless as well.

i have a client named 'clove.its'. there are two IP addresses
associated with it:

130.15.241.64 clove.its
130.15.241.187 clove_alt.its

the first is its IP address; that's what it thinks and that's where i
go if i want to connect to it. the second is the IP address at which
packets return from it.

in 6.1, it was enough to put the entry
  root@clove_alt.its
in the "Remote access" entry in the client configuration.

under 7.2.2 this isn't enough:

* clove.its:/export/home/directory 4 retries attempted
* clove.its:/export/home/directory save: SYSTEM error: client `clove_alt.its' is
not properly configured on the NetWorker Server
* clove.its:/export/home/directory save: Cannot open save session with backup01
i've had some success with mucking with the aliases entries, but
does someone have a pointer to documentation about how this is
supposed to work?

or (unhappy look...) IS this supposed to work?
