Hello,
The cleanup should involve Networker as well ( tmp folder, logs etc)
however, unloading the drives and re-inventoring the lib might help clear
any prior issues, on the other hand, unloading the drives should not
matter from the DATA prespective, i.e, either you keep them loaded and
reboot or unload & reboot you will not lose any Data on the Tapes, you
could issue jsrjb -HEvv, after or before reboot to sync hardware\software
also ( No backup activety should be present, when using this cmd)
typically, shutdown any running Networker backups\services before
performing any of the recomended cleanups.
One other thing, networker will prevent you from accidently unloading
drives while backup are running, i.e nsrjb -u cmd will fail on the drive
currently in use, shuting down services on other hand wont care about any
backups running and you may end up with incomplete or corrupted savesets.
