What type of file system is it, any dB, any other program out on the 
server that could go out and proble the file system, reseting the archive 
bit ?
I have seen the backups to be more like full with notes nsf type of files, 
even when set to incremental, i guess due to the fact that i do  a file 
level backups on them.
Does it happen on all VS or just this one ?
