I could be that those netware clients are running the old version 4 protocol
which involves the standard RPC mechanism - there is a version 7 client for
networker that you can upgrade to.

Subject: [Networker] Firewall support for Netware 5 client

Hey All,

I have a 7.2.1 server on solaris 8. I can limit ipf to only allow the
port ranges shown from nsrports command. This works fine for all
solaris and windows clients. This how ever, does not work with netware
clients. Anyone ever deal with the issue?

Thanks,

Ben
