Rao, I do not know how these values where chosen for our HP-UX server
but we have nkthread set to 7219 and nproc set to 4116.  Hope this
helps.

What is the recommended values of nkthread and nproc parameters for
Networker server running on HP-UX box and how to calculate these values
?
 
Full backups are getting failed with the following error:
 
prngd[2848]: Could not fork: Resource temporarily unavailable
 
Environment:
 
Networker Server running with version 7.1.3.Build.421 on HP-UX B.11.11
 
Any help on this would be greatly appreciated.
