Hello,
Please refer to page 612-614 in 7.3 admin guide on ports info, i belive 
the new recomendation is heigher number of ports be opened, the older 
version of Legato set the ports lower and they remain lower when upgraded, 
however if you install Networker as new install of 7.3 the port range is 
set correctly, either way it may be good idea to verify it.
Please refer to page 420 again for Minimum Auth strength topic for the 
other issues that i mentioned,this issue may not be officially ackowledged 
but i have been told to remove nsrauth method until a fix is released.
Again it may or may not effect your enviroment but it's good to be aware 
of it.
