We are using the Legato NM v4.2 for RHEL AS4 on x86_64. Works fine.

Subject: [Networker] NMO support for RHEL AS 4 or 5?

Does anyone know if the NetWorker for Oracle Module is supported for RHEL 4 or 5?
Is anyone running NMO on a RH 4 or 5 Linux platform?

We have an Oracle database running on a Solaris box, and we'd like to move it to a new Linux box. We can use RHEL 4, but we'd really prefer to go to RHEL 5 if possible. I'm concerned about the support
for NMO, however.

We're currently running NW 7.2.2, and we've been using NMO 4.2 with an Oracle 10g database on another, older RH Linux box with no issues. Just not sure about RHEL 4 or 5?

I was thinking to check with EMC-Legato, but there's often a lag time on

"official" sanctioning of a release
of an OS/NW combination, etc. even though many people out there are successfully doing it.

Thanks.

George
