[Networker] Recover/backup priority

If a NetWorker (module) recover is running and a backup (module or
non-module) begins, can the backup potentially write to the tapes that
the recover requires? I realize that a recover has priority and will
run on its current device until it completes. However, what about the
tapes? Can a recover and a backup read and write to the same tape?
Which process gets priority, recover or backup?
