Also, check the inactivity timeout value in the backup group. 

We have some very large backups, that are in our DMZ, and if you don't put the 
timeout value at 1000 (greatest number), the networker job thinks that the 1st 
job failed, and it will restart another, often causing 2 streams of backups 
from the same device.   As stated in another thread, you might also want to 
change your retry value to 0. 

Making those changes solved our problem.

Also I have question about Networker 7.1.1 ….I cannot find reason of twice 
running some savesets…..In index I see that volume set finnished with flag C, 
but the same saveset started again. After this I see in index two correct 
different savesetid for one saveset.

In messages I see 1 retry attempted.
