Oh, absolutely. But I would be more interested in characterizing the
cause of the duplication. If the label isn't being read, I might have a
tape drive issue. The the barcode isn't being read, the reader might
need service (I've also seen this when dust has accumulated inside the
robot). If the barcodes and tapes are being swapped, then there might
be a process problem that no one is aware of.
