I am very dissapointed with Networker Media Managment and Failure alerts, 
but you really cannot compare Arcserve with Networker, i have used 
Archserve off and on, it's nothing but trouble, so if you are thinking of 
changing networker look hard, perhaps Commvault, backbone and even Veritas 
may be better alternatives.
