Not so. The help section on the inactivity time out is very clear
about what it does; it is the amount of time in minutes of inactivity
allowed before a remove save is considered to be hung. Unfortunately,
it seems as if this inactivity parameter is just a non-binding
suggestion rather than a hard and fast rule.
