Ken,

We are also running NetWorker v7.2.1.Build.314 and see the same problem.
Right now we are trying to completely empty an adv_file volume.
The Staging resource has:
        Enabled: Yes
Devices: both the device and device/_AF_readonly are
checked
        Configuration:
        HiWater: 1%
        LoWater: 0%
        SaveSetSelection: Youngest
        Max storage period: 1
        Max storage period unit: Hours
        Recover space interval: 1
        Recover space unit: Hours
        File system check interval: 2
        File system check unit: Hours
And we have also used the resource "Operations" tab to manually kick off
staging.
Either way it sometimes works and sometimes doesn't.

John

Hello,

We are running Networker 7.2. We backup to a adv_file device and
then have things set up so that they stage to tape - we do this by
setting high water to 1 and low water to 0. It works fine unless the
disk fills up during a backup. Right now, the disk is full waiting for
more space. Is it a true condition that I have to first STOP the backup
before staging will start? Thanks in advance.
