I am trying to do a restore of some data and need to scanner a tape.  I 
have the tape and the correct SSID on the tape that I want to scanner but 
the tape is no longer in the media index and I get an error when I try to 
load the tape in a drive on my autochanger.  It says, "will not be loaded 
since pool 'Unknown pool' is not available.

Does anyone have any ideas what I can do?

I am running a Windows 2003 server with Networker 7.2.1.
