Yes, that could be done with the new NMC. 

You have to make a custom report with own name. Share this report with
others. Create a new user for reporting issues in the NMC, be aware that the
script uses an open readable password for producing the reports.

Then "gstclreport" is your friend to produce this report.

This is an example:  
gstclreport -r server_networker_failed_groups -u nmcuser -P password -f
"tmp/filename" -x html -C "Group Start Time" "36 hours ago,now" 

Then put this script in a scheduler depending on your OS.
