Trying to allocate a tape to Networker and get the following.....

 

-> nsrjb -a -T TM0101

nsrjb: Jukebox error:  Thu 10:37:39 error opening SmartMedia session,
timeout

 

I even tried to reset and get the same. This data zone is using
Alphastor and ACSLS. Any ideas??
