I agree with Dave.  While Networker is the primary focus of this list it
isn't the right solution for all backup situations.  I'm happy to get any
information that may help me make the right decisions when it comes to doing
my job as the local backup guru.

I disagree.  We're not so much Networker "drivers" as we are backups
professionals, and it's a good idea to know what the other products
are up to (example, what amanda can/cannot do wrt previous versions.)
The questions "bacula vs networker" fits here, and I don't mind seeing
that discussion fleshed out.

I wouldn't expect the GM sales guy to talk-up the Civic, but this list
isn't run by EMC, and that's one of the things that makes it so good.
If you and I are browsing through the dealership together, I'd hope
you'd steer me towards the Civic if it fit my needs better.

But, I think it's Stan's call.  I know I've been guilty of talking up
other backups products recently.
