I don't have a NetWorker at hand, but if I rember correctly

successfully completed: = priority(notice)
warning/failed completion: = all the other priorities

So you can create two different savegroup notices with different actions.

BTW, this may have changed a bit with the new format of savegroup 
completion messages in V7.x an later.
