[Networker] Advance File Type Device is always at 100%

Fellow NW Admins,
I need your help or advise on this. Why is it that when I look at the 
capacity of my Advance File Type device in:
 
Networker GUI -> Volumes
 
It is always at 100% even though it is only at 50% capacity?
 
I already tried to deleted the device, re-created it and made sure that I 
have set the default capacity. I used the mminfo command and still showing 
the same info.
