At least in earlier days Networker would start complaining if
the the index database could not be checked within the remaining
space on the filesystem. To do that NW needed to be able to copy
the biggest index for a client once. Now with the new index structure
there shouldn't be any need for that any more, but the trigger limit
might still be in he code
