Hi Ben, 

We used to get TSA errors all the time on our 3.12 server, never seemed
to be the same cause each time(!). Novell isn't my forte (we had another
guy who dealt with that) so I don't know if these will apply, but I seem
to remember that one of the following used to do the trick:

1. Close down NetWorker, run nwdown on the Novell server, then reload
NetWorker.

2. Make sure the supervisor account, or whatever remote user you are
employing, is not locked out.
