Re: [Networker] Missing data from server backup

Believe it or not, create a blank file called "NO_SUPPRESS" (no ending
of .txt, etc...) in /nsr/debug or "C:\Program Files\Legato\nsr\debug".
I'd recommend doing that and then a
savegrp -vvvv -c client_name GroupName
and seeing what shows up. Also check the applog directory and windows
event log on the client and see if it says anything.

How do you set the " NO_SUPRESS" syntax?

There is nothing showing up in the savegroup log? I have set the
NO_SUPRESS on (not sure of the syntax, but there are numerous posts) and
it shows everything that is skipped, that may shed some light as to why
it is not being backed up.

These files were not open, and legato even skipped the folders not just
the files. On top of that Legato reports nor errors on any backups for
the pat 2 months.

Hello,
If the files are open in windows, networker will skip them if you have
no OFM installed on the client.
