'nsrim' should be run periodically by networker.  The next time it runs,
it should detect that all savesets on the volume are recyclable and set
the volume to be recyclable as well.

Good.  That has nothing to do with normal networker volume recycling.

Rather than manually label them, run 'nsrim'.  Do the volumes become
recyclable?
