btw, with Exchange 2003 if you have mutiple mailbox stores you may wanna
avoid mailbox backup since it takes lots of resources and a long time to
backup. Recovery of mailbox store is a breeze with the RSG and you can use some
utility to etxract the required mailbox.

You could try setting a value for NSR_TMPDIR in your environment then
restarting the NetWorker service. No promises...
