I had a neat conversation with EMC Networker Support the other day...In
that conversation it was mentioned that they (EMC employees) do indeed
have people watching the list. One of the "funny" things they noticed is
when someone who says they DON'T have a support contract posts a problem
and then someone WITH a support contract calls in with the same problem
which is of course answered and then the answer gets posted to the list.

Guys & Gals, I want to save the planet too, but let us try not to be so
obvious when you are stealing from Peter to feed Paul. <grin>

P.S. Anyone else get caught in the Networker Regional Support Re-org? I
just lost my old support team (who put up with my scuff and were
awesome) and was assigned to a new support team. Whom I am told has the
highest customer approval rating in EMC... Well wish them luck! <grin>
