[Networker] More info on 7.3 Jumbo patch

I've had a problem where if a client retries the whole savegrp will come to
a dead stop. I had to set client retries to 0 to guarantee a savegroup would
work. The irony of this was that if the client failed and failed again,a ll
was well. however, if it failed, and then succeeded, then it got in a mess.
What you would see would be a running save session, but when you showed
group details, it would show the same saveset as failed.
I'll update you when I get a patch
